What happens with your personal information

Chef Select is collecting the personal information you provide us such as your name, address and email address with every order you place.

While browsing our website, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. With your permission, we may send you emails and SMS about new services, products or updates.

Under no circumstances will we store, sell, share, rent or lease your personal information and credit/debit card details to any third parties.


A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user.  Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site.  In most cases, when the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates.  The user controls and therefore may reject a cookie. When rejecting a cookie, the user may still browse our site, the only drawback to this is that the user will be limited in some areas of our site.  Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line.  All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices.  Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.  ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.


To the extent allowed by Law, we will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of the following:

Delaying, rejecting or removing any or all content at any time for any or no reason whatsoever with or without notice to you;

By placing an order with Chef Select, you represent that you are at least the age of 18 and are legally capable of placing online orders and using the credit card details you submit.

As a customer, you must retain a copy of transaction records (usually sent by email) and merchant policies and rules.


Chef Select reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If Chef Select is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.


In the very unlikely event that any of the food items delivered to you has gone off or your order is incomplete, please contact Our team will be happy to assist with any concerns regarding your order. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.


Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website and service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.


All payments have to be processed in AED. Currently we accept only cash on delivery payment.


Chef Select will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the laws of UAE.
