Servings : 1 PERSONCOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Reheat the Risotto in a sautee pan with a small amount of stock and stir over medium heat. Add more stock if necessary
2. At the same time heat up the braised beef in a small pot
3. Once the Risotto is heated through (approx. 5 minutes) remove it from the heat and add butter and parmesan. Stir until creamy
4. Dish it out in a plate and top it with the braised beef as shown in the picture
5. Garnish with chopped parsley
