INGREDIENTS IN THE BOX

  • Fresh Sea bass fillet
  • Artichokes in Sauce
  • Mash Potatoes
  • Parsley
  • Chives
  • Lemon
  • Basil

Description

Servings :  1 PERSON

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Season the Sea bass filet with olive oil, salt and pepper
  2. Roast the Sea bass filet in a hot pan with olive oil, “SKIN SIDE UP” until deep golden
  3. Chop the Parsley and Chives and set aside
  4. In a small pot warm up the artichokes in sauce. Once hot add the chopped herbs
  5. Heat up the mashed potatoes in a small pot and dish it out in the center of a plate
  6. Place the roasted Sea bass filet on top of the mashed potatoes
  7. Pour the Artichokes in sauce all over the plate
  8. Garnish with Basil leaves
  9. Optional you can squeeze ¼ lemon over the dish
