COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cut the mozzarella and strain it in a strainer to release the water and keep it at room temperature
2. Bring 1.5-liter water to boil and add 15 gr. salt
3. Cook the rigatoni pasta for 13 minutes in the boiling water
4. Heat up the tomato sauce in a large flat pan
5. Strain the pasta, add it into the tomato sauce and cook it for 2 minutes on medium heat
7. Add the parmesan and stir until melted
8. Plate the pasta and garnish with the mozzarella and basil leaves
