  • Paccheri pasta
  • Precooked Meatball in Tomato sauce
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Basil

Servings :  1 PERSON

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring 1.5 liter of Water to boil and add 15 gr. of salt
  2. Add the Paccheri pasta and boil for approximately 14 minutes
  3. In a Pan, Heat the Meatballs in Tomato sauce without reducing the sauce
  4. Transfer the Meatballs to a plate and leave the sauce in the pan
  5. When the pasta is cooked, strain it and mix it with the sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes over medium heat until the sauce coated the pasta
  6. Spoon the pasta over and around meatballs
  7. Garnish with parmesan, Breadcrumbs and Basil
