- Grill the precooked asparagus in a pan with a little bit of olive oil, salt and pepper
- Plate the endives, mound mixed leaves on top and season with the soy vinaigrette
- Top with Enoki mushrooms
- Add the grilled asparagus and dress them with a spoon of the parmesan dressing
- Garnish with chives and salt
