  • Precooked green jumbo asparagus
  • Enoki mushrooms
  • Mixed salad
  • Soy vinaigrette
  • Parmesan dressing
  • Chives
  • Green Endives

Servings :  1 PERSON

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Grill the precooked asparagus in a pan with a little bit of olive oil, salt and pepper
  2. Plate the endives, mound mixed leaves on top and season with the soy vinaigrette
  3. Top with Enoki mushrooms
  4. Add the grilled asparagus and dress them with a spoon of the parmesan dressing
  5. Garnish with chives and salt
