Servings : 1 PERSONCOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1 Bring 1.5-liter water to boil and add 15 gr. salt
2 Heat up the pumpkin purée in a sauce pan
3 Transfer the butter sauce in a large flat pan and heat it up without bringing it to boil
4 Cook the Burrata Ravioli in boiling water for 4 minutes
5 Strain the Burrata Ravioli and add them into the butter sauce
6 Add half of the parmesan and mix it for 1 minute until the sauce coats the Burrata Ravioli
7 Place the Pumpkin purée in a plate and arrange the Burrata Ravioli on top
8 Garnish with tomato petals, diced pumpkin and basil leaves
