Servings :  1 PERSON

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cut or slice the precooked beetroot as per your preference
2. Dress the beetroot with olive oil, balsamic, salt, pepper and chopped chives
3. Place the yogurt in a bowl and top it with the baby beetroots
4.Sprinkle the orange segments on top and garnish with the mix herbs and basil
