Chef Select is not working with any third-party to deliver your order during the date and time window mentioned while placing your order.
Your Chef Select order will be delivered to the address specified at the time of ordering.
To avoid any shortcomings for the delivery, please ensure that you are available to receive your order on the specified date and time window.
In the event that you are not at home when your delivery arrives, we will try to contact you for further instructions on what to do with your delivery. In case we are unable to contact you, the driver will make a second attempt on the same day (only if possible) otherwise, the box will be delivered the next day with an additional cost of AED 40.
Please note the following if you wish to leave your order outside your front door:
Our Product is a temperature sensitive and perishable product. Due to this we advise that your order is not to be left outside. Chef Select is not responsible for the products contained once the order is delivered outside your door.
In a very unlikely event that your order is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (weather or other impediments) we may have to reschedule and/or cancel your order. If we are unable to deliver your order at or before the scheduled date and time, we may, in our sole discretion, offer you a credit or refund.
